We want this platform to be usable by everyone, however they read, hear or operate it.
The service
POLIGAMIA® Reserve is an invitation-only members platform on which members acquire a limited edition, review their orders and issue invitations. It is used in a browser; there is no app. The payment step takes place on a page hosted by Stripe.
Standard applied
We follow EN 301 549, which for web content points to WCAG 2.1 level AA.
- Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator.
- Meaningful document structure and labels for screen readers.
- Text contrast meeting the level AA requirement.
- Motion is suppressed when the operating system asks for reduced motion.
- Accessibility information is provided together with the product information.
Known limitations
The payment step takes place on a page hosted by Stripe. Its accessibility is Stripe’s responsibility; we do not control its design.
The ownership certificate is generated as an image. The same facts are available as text on the order page and in the member area.
How the requirements are met
Pages are semantically marked up and fully keyboard operable; form fields are labelled and tied to their hints; colour is never the sole carrier of meaning; text contrast is checked against the level AA requirement. Legally required statements — price, base price, delivery and payment conditions, the withdrawal function — are available as text and are not carried in images.
