These terms apply to every contract concluded through this closed members platform between us and you as a consumer. Differing terms of the customer do not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

The platform is not public: it is open only to registered members admitted by invitation. There is no entitlement to admission.

2. Formation of the contract

Presenting an edition on the platform is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. You submit a binding offer to purchase when you place the order on the payment page. Before you submit it, we show you the product, quantity, total price, VAT statement, delivery costs and destination country.

The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment and send you the order confirmation by email. That confirmation contains the contract details on a durable medium.

We store the contract text. The contract language is German; an English translation is provided for convenience.

3. Prices, VAT and delivery costs

All prices are total prices in euro. They include statutory VAT of 19%. No delivery costs are charged.

4. Payment

Payment is made exclusively through the payment service provider Stripe, on a payment page hosted by Stripe. The available payment methods are shown on that page. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we neither store nor process them. We do not save payment methods for later use.

The purchase price falls due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery

We deliver only to the delivery address given during the order process. If an edition is fully claimed, no contract comes into existence and any payment already made is refunded in full without undue delay.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details, the conditions and the model withdrawal form are set out in our withdrawal policy. You may also declare your withdrawal online.

8. Warranty

The statutory rules on liability for defects apply. If the goods are defective you may first request supplementary performance; subject to the statutory conditions you may withdraw, reduce the price, or claim damages. The statutory limitation periods are unaffected.

9. Complaints

Please address complaints to info@poligamia.eu or by phone on +49 (0) 9174 4290 222.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Note: the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no link to it is provided.

11. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident remain unaffected.
