Prices and VAT
All prices shown are total prices in euro. They include statutory VAT of 19%.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free of charge. No additional delivery or shipping costs are charged; the total shown on the payment page is the amount debited.
Delivery time
The expected delivery time is communicated to you at the latest in the order confirmation.
Every edition is prepared for dispatch by hand. You receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as your parcel leaves the house.
Delivery area
The selectable delivery countries are shown on the payment page.
Payment methods
Payment is processed by Stripe on a payment page hosted by Stripe. The payment methods offered there are shown to you immediately before you submit the order. Your payment details never reach our servers, and we store no payment methods.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full conditions, the exception for sealed goods and the model form are set out in the withdrawal policy.
